Long Term Goals for 2009
- 1.By March, I want my helalthy lifestyle to stick with minimal mess ups.
- 2. By March, I also want my fitness plan to stick. I want to be working out 4-6 days a week.
- 3. By june, I would like to have dropped 25+ lbs & be a size 18 or smaller.
- 4. By summer, I would like to be an a sport, dance, or fitness class.
- 5. By Fall, I want to know how to cook healthier and know the healthy versions to my fav. winter comfort foods.
