2 more down!

I lost 2 more lbs!!! I have a total weight loss of 11.4 lbs in 2 weeks!! Hopefully this week I can get some more exercising in so I can hopefully see more results! Hollar!!! I think I can make the 250 goal by January 30th!!!!

  1. 1. I stayed focus this work. I think it's easier because my birthday is getting closer.
    2. I didn't do any videos this week :(
    3. That gym training session gave me new ideas and new inspiration
    4. To go to gym or do the gym exercises 3x, 2 days of videos.. and i would like to find a cheap elliptical or treadmill
    5. My tuna salad sandwhich I made
    6. I liked the six exercises I described from the training session. I am going to try and stick with those this week!

    I stayed OP all week long.
    Water didn't work for me this week, but will do better next week.

    Next week I plan to stay OP and drink more water.
    Favorite recipe is upside down taco pizza.
    Favorite exercise is probably WATP video

    That's my plan anyway!
