Breakfast: 1 boiled egg with little salt,1 apple, 1 whole grain toast with peanut butter (@ 7:50)
Lunch: (@ 12:30)grilled chicken with grilled onions & bellpeppers wrapped by romaine lettuce. I made my own version of lettuce wraps :) Yum! With a small salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, italian dressing)
Snacks:(@4) 1 orange, (@7:30) 3 carrots
Dinner: 1/2 plate of salad (tomato, romaine, cucumber, little cheese, boiled egg, and italian dressing).. then bites of the grilled chicken (rest of it), grilled salmon (rest of it) and brown rice. Look @ pics below.
Water: 111 Liters
Exercise: 45 minutes @ gym doing strength machines.
