Day #9

So at work, I've noticed I snack a tad bit.. on fruits and veggies. But I'm a Medical Assistant and I am on my feet ALL day. Literally. So sometimes I just need a booster! Also, do you think I'm eating more? I don't think so?! But just curious..

: 1 boiled egg with little salt,1 apple, 1 whole grain toast with peanut butter (@ 7:50)
Lunch: (@ 12:30)grilled chicken with grilled onions & bellpeppers wrapped by romaine lettuce. I made my own version of lettuce wraps :) Yum! With a small salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, italian dressing)
:(@4) 1 orange, (@7:30) 3 carrots

: 1/2 plate of salad (tomato, romaine, cucumber, little cheese, boiled egg, and italian dressing).. then bites of the grilled chicken (rest of it), grilled salmon (rest of it) and brown rice. Look @ pics below.

: 111 Liters
Exercise: 45 minutes @ gym doing strength machines.

  1. I don't think you snack to much. my food logs are B, S, L, S, D, S! I eat by the healthy guidlines and all my points! If it means I'm constantly eating and full in the process then so be it!

  2. OK good, Maybe it's cause I was typing a ton.. but I felt like I was eating too much. But my plate sizes haven't really changed!
