Thank you all for continuing your support and helping me. I'm so glad we're all on the same team!

My journeys of eating less, working out more, watching calories, and gaining support! Trying to live a new lifestyle before my big day!
Lazy days are going to happen and you DID do a great deal today on just a little sleep. Don't be so hard on yourself.
ReplyDeleteAnd if you really feel the need to ditch the "lazy" take a 30 minute walk this evening after dinner. My mood always improves after I've hit the pavement a bit.
I don't know about you, but helping somebody move always feels like quite a bit of excercise to me normally ;) and plus it helped your sister. Bonus!
ReplyDeleteWe just want you to know, that we are all proud of you. Amidst your tired and lazy mood, you were still able to help your sister pack and move - that in itself (as Stages of Change has just said) is already a form of exercise. More importantly, you were also able to make Tracy's life easier :)
