Breakfast: 1 whole grain toast with 1 chopped banana and 1 tbsp of peanut butter on it. 1 1/3 cup of 1% milk(7:30, some light n fit blueberry yogurt (8:45) Lunch: (@ 12:30) 2 slices of lean turkey, on whole grain bread, with mustard. cucumber and tomato salad mixed with i tbsp of italian dressing.
Snacks:(@3:50) 5 carrots
Dinner: Went to Schooner's. Had 4 bites of fried artichoke hearts or calamari (my best friend ordered it! See below), side salad with ranch (i gave in a little), 1 cup sauted spinach, and 1/4 of grilled salmon
Water: 1 16.9 fl oz, 1 liter, 2 med glasses of ice tea with sweet and low Exercise: :(
