YeeK!

I have my second personal training tomorrow. The first was just like an introductory thing that came with the gym membership.. the guy was okay, but he showed me around and then showed me a few moves. But I forgot those shortly after :) This lady though, I've seen her many times and she's like a Bally version of Jillian Michaels. Which I;m excited about and very nervous about. I know she's going to kick my butt.. but i hope she doesn't a) make me feel like crap in the process, b) give me tips that I can use and moves I will remember, c) personalize it to my needs, not just a generic thing. Because I can't do half the things the other ppl in the gym do! and d) doesn't kill me :)

Wish me Luck! I'll post more tomorrow!!!

Oh, and today I bought.. the Biggest Loser Cookbook and Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I'm excited to use both. Did you know Bob from BL has a book out too? I was so tempted to get his too.. but I'm broke, So I asked for it for my birthday!!! He said we should be eating 1200-1500 calories to loose the weight and prevent our bodies from going into starvation mode. Which I knew, but made me realize that I'm not sure if I'm eating that many calories daily. I really need to double check that because I want this weight off!!!! :) Someone suggested using dailyplate.com. Any other recommendations to figure out my caloric intake??

Thanks guys <3

  5. I use calorieking.com and sparkpeople.com to find calories for foods if it's not on the package.

    Also, the Dr. I am going to for my diet said u should take your weight multiply it by 10 then subtract 300 to 500 depending on your activity level and thats the amont of calories u should eat. Like me for example. I weigh 166 and i picked 400 b/c it's in the middle so:
    166x10=1660-400= 1260
    So i eat 1260 calories a day, sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less, but I have had a steady loss my last 3 weigh in's and I weigh again tomorrow. I calculate it everytime I lose so my calorie intake changes every week. I don't know if I am supposed to do that or not, but it's working for me, so we will see. So anyways, that's what I do. Works for some, and not for others, so u just really need to find what works for u! I did weight watchers on and off for over a year and one week i would do good the next i wouldn't so i just needed a change and something new to be excited about that so I started this program!
